Creating a Client Certificate

The client certificates can be created and managed in the TwinCAT HMI Configuration window.

  1. Open the TwinCAT HMI Configuration window and select the "Client certificates" tab.

  2. Double-click on the <create new client certificate> entry or right-click on the "Client certificates" tab and select "Create new client certificate...".
  3. In the dialog that appears, you can define the properties of the client certificate.
    Creating a Client Certificate 2:
  4. The name of the client certificate is required. All other parameters can be optionally specified for signing the certificate.
