Dialogs

The dialogs for Audit Trail are created automatically depending on the configuration.

Labeling of the pop-up:

By default, only the name of the symbol is displayed in large. Additional information can be added to the symbol via Options in the Symbol Mapping. The "ALIAS" and "DESCRIPTION" can be entered here in the "TCHMI" object.

Setting parameters:

• Comment:
  if a comment was specified as required, this is also requested in the pop-up. In addition, a minimum length for the comment can be defined in the AuditTrail Extension. This is set to “0” by default and is therefore disabled.
• Reauthentication:
  if reauthentication is selected, an additional field for selecting the user and password is displayed in the pop-up window. If another user extension such as LDAP is used, it is displayed in an additional selection box.
• Reviewer group (only in connection with reauthentication):
  if a reviewer group has been selected, the same elements for the reviewer are added to the existing elements of the reauthentication.

Input parameters in the pop-up

User: (Is automatically preselected with the currently logged in user)

• Domain: Domain of the user making the change.
• Username: Name of the user making the change.
• Password: Password of the user making the change.

Reviewer:

• Domain: Domain of the user reviewing the change.
• Username: Name of the user reviewing the change.
• Password: Password of the user reviewing the change.

Change of value

• Previous value: Shows the current value of the symbol.
• New value: Shows the value that should be written to the symbol.

Additional information

• Comment: Input field for entering the comment.
