Firmware and hardware versions
The software version for the profinet device supplement is part of the TwinCAT build number.
The firmware and hardware version (delivery state) for the EL6631-0010 can be found in the serial number printed at the side of the terminal.
Syntax of the serial number
Structure of the serial number: KK YY FF HH
KK - week of production
(CW, calendar week)
YY - year of production
FF - firmware version HH - hardware version
Example with ser. no.: 12 06 3A 02:
12 - week of production 12
06 - year of production 2006
3A - firmware version 3A
02 - hardware version 02
