Update: Tc3_DALI library The TwinCAT 3 PLC Tc2_DALI library will be replaced by the Tc3_DALI library. Future extensions will no longer be added to the Tc2_DALI library. The Tc2_DALI library should not be used for new projects.

Installation from TwinCAT 3.1 build 4026

From TwinCAT 3.1 build 4026, the Tc2_DALI library is available in the Outdated feed of the TwinCAT Package Manager.

The user of this library requires basic knowledge of the following:

• TwinCAT XAE
• PC and network knowledge
• structure and properties of the Beckhoff Embedded PC and its Bus Terminal system
• DALI device technology
• relevant safety regulations for technical building equipment

This software library is intended for building automation system partners of Beckhoff Automation GmbH & Co. KG. The system partners operate in the field of building automation and are concerned with the installation, commissioning, expansion, maintenance and servicing of measurement, control, and regulating systems for the technical equipment of buildings.

The Tc2_DALI library is usable on all hardware platforms that support TwinCAT 3.1 or higher.
