Rules file

The following dialog will be shown if File/New/Rules or File/Open/Rules is clicked. It defines the rules, which characters in the Names of the Interface, Box, Terminal, IO Variable or PLC Variable are replaced with other characters, without changing the content of an ECAD file.
This Naming Rules file then can be included in the Teip.
