Syntax and interpretation of the Start-Up Data ASCII File

The start-up data is defined in an ASCII-file, interpreted by an ASCII interpreter, and stored in the appropriate structures.

After that, plausibility tests are carried out for the start-up data.

This document defines the contents and the syntax of the ASCII files (e.g. "hochlauf.lis") as well as the elements of the start-up data.
