Path /Time related feed interpolation (G193/G293) 1:

The path related feed interpolation is only active combined with linear slope or slope type 3 (HSC slope).
The time related feed interpolation is only active combined with linear slope.

G193 Path related feed interpolation (non-modal)
G293 Time related feed interpolation (nicht modal)

With G193/G293 the feed rate between the initial and the programmed end velocity is linearly interpolated.

Programming example

N10 G01 X500 F1000 
N20 G193 X900 F400 
N30 X1000 F400

At block-transition N10 / N20 the path related feed interpolation is actuated and deceleration to the end velocity is done linearly through the path programmed in N20.

Override changes are superimposed under consideration of the permissible axis dynamics.

Path /Time related feed interpolation (G193/G293) 3:

The programming of G193 with G293, G08 or G09 in the same NC-block is not permissible.
