Block selection in the case of linear segmentation (P-CHAN-00133)
The "linear_center_point" parameter determines how many blocks are generated during linear segmentation. To this end, the P-CHAN-00134 parameter must be set to 0. Depending on the available block travel distance, 4 or 3 block segments are generated. In both cases, the segments have the length P-CHAN-00135 at the start and the end of the block. If not enough block travel distance is available (shorter than 3* P-CHAN-00135), the original block travel distance is split over two blocks.
Variable name | Type | Permitted range | Dimension |
linear_center_point | BOOLEAN | 0/1 | ---- |
0 | Three block segments, the first and last segments beingP-CHAN-00135long, the middle segment has the length of the remaining distance. | ||
1 | Four block segments, the first and last segments beingP-CHAN-00135long, and the two middle segments share the remaining distance. |
