Restore coupling after Program end (P-CHAN-00105)

If an active axes coupling (synchronous operation) is not finished explicitly during the NC-program (#DISABLE AXLINK), it is deselected at program end. If the parameter "preserve_coupling_after_prog_end " is 1, during the next NC-program start this axes coupling is restored again.
