Default feed axis (P-CHAN-00011)

This parameter defines, if the axis is a member of the default feed group (effect of the F-word). If no feed axes are defined, after start-up automatically all main axes form the feed group of the channel (Index 1, 2, 3). The effectiveness of this settings is defined by the parameter P-CHAN-00096.

For linear interpolation any axis may be defined as feed axis, for circular interpolation and polynomial interpolation the definition is restricted:

For circular interpolation either all main axes must be defined for feed axes or all defined feed axes must be dragged axes.

For polynomial interpolation only main axes may be feed axes.

Default feed axis (P-CHAN-00011) 1:

For multi-channel applications with gaps in the channel specific configuration of the main axes groups during start-up it is recommended not to use the channel parameter P-CHAN-00011. In this case a complete feed axes group can be created, if any axes were requested as main axes. In the other case all requested axes were treated as dragged axes.
