Maximum permissible percentage radius difference (P-CHAN-00172)
The permissible relative radius difference referred to the circle radius in per mil is specified via the "max_proz_radius_diff_circle" parameter. If the relative radius difference of a programmed circle is under the limit defined by P-CHAN-00172, starting from the starting radius the circle radius is transferred in a linear fashion to the destination radius; - otherwise, an error message is issued. P-CHAN-00171 must be taken into consideration with respect to the effectively active circle radius difference error.
CAUTION | |
P-CHAN-00172 is effective only in combination with G164 and the P-CHAN-00171 channel parameter. |
Variable name | Type | Permitted range | Dimension |
---|---|---|---|
max_proz_radius_diff_circle | UNS32 | 0 < max_proz_radius_diff_circle < 1000 | 0.1 % |
EXAMPLE: The percentage circle radius error may amount to 1%. The parameter must be assigned the value 10.
Circle radius 100mm -> permissible relative circle radius difference 1mm.
