Permissible relative center point offset (P-CHAN-00060)

Using the parameter "mittelpkt_faktor" the permissible relative center point offset can be determined. The parameter "mittelpkt_faktor" is defined in the dimension [0,1%].

EXAMPLE: The center point offset may amount to 0,5 % of the corrected radius of circle. The parameter "mittelpkt_faktor" should be in this case allocated with "5".
