Permissible absolute center point offset (P-CHAN-00059)

Using the parameter "mittelpkt_diff" the absolute limit of accuracy of center point programming can be defined. The permissible absolute center point offset "mittelpkt_diff" must be determined in the dimension "0,1 µm".
