List interpretation at start-up of NC kernel

The interpretation of all channel parameter lists is done at start-up of CNC in a multi step way depending on channel configuration and the internal default setting. Internal default setting of machine data set can be overwritten by values which results in interpretation of channel parameter list. No modifications are done to elements of internal default setting if values are missing or no necessary change is detected to internal setting after interpretation of external list.

The external lists are:

Default list (default settings identical for all channels in one list)

Channel specific list

The filename of used default list has to be entered in element P-STUP-00034 (default_sda_mds) of file hochlauf.lis. Entries in this list are identical for all channels.

The sequence of list interpretation is:

  1. Initialization of all lists with internal default list setting.
  2. Overwriting of default initialization with entries of default list.
  3. Overwriting with entries of channel specific list of each channel.
