Path dependend dynamic weighting(dynamic_weighting.*)

For reducing the machine excitation in some special technologies (e.g. punching) it is required, to weight during rapid feed motion the dynamic limit values (velocity, acceleration, jerk) depending on the relative path distance of the axes, involved in motion.

The dynamic weighting is activated by P-AXIS-00431 and is only effective if the channel specific path dependend weighting (P-CHAN-00190) is disabled.

A programmed weighting with G129 overwrites the values of the path dependent dynamic weighting!
