Set actual position equal to command position (P-AXIS-00096)

With this parameter the axis simulation with a filter can be turned off by setting the actual value equal to the command value.

Caused by the internal execution order of axis simulation and position controller there will still be a position lag which is equal to the distance the axis moves within one interpolator cycle.
