Delay time on gearing with current master velocity (P-AXIS-00302)

Parameter of delay time compensation for gearing with current master velocity. The determination of this parameter has to be done system specific, because it depends from axis filters and delay times in the (digital) drive. This parameter is used for gearing with the current master velocity.
