Default gear step number for C-axis mode (P-AXIS-00052)

In parameter "kenngr.def_cax_gear_st" the gear step number for the c-axis mode is defined. In the C-axis mode the axis changes from the spindle interpolator into the path interpolator. In the path interpolator the gear step for the axis changes automatically to the „kenngr. def_cax_gear_st.“
