Settings for turning functionality

The diameter programming and the turning functionality is described in greater detail in [PROG].

Due to supplementing of the NC with the turning functionality - diameter programming, the input of diameter values for face turning axis is to be facilitated. Here, the diameter can be programmed to be absolute or relative.
