Standard Valve Actuator Group

Valve Actuators

All the devices, which shall be combined to one valve group, have to be chosen in this menu. Pressing the Edit-button will open a form, in which all defined valves can be chosen. By marking a valve and pressing Delete the selected valve will be removed from the group. The valve will only be taken from the group, not from the whole application.

Online

Commands

• Open: The Open-command will be put through to all assigned valve drives.
• Close: The Close-command will be put through to all assigned valve drives.
• Stop: The Stop-command of all valve drives in this group will be executed.
• Set Control Value: The entered value will be taken over, when the Apply-button is pressed. The control value is entered in percentage. 0% means completely closed, 100% completely opened.

State

• Average Control Value: This value shows the average control value of all valves in the group.
• Number of Valve Actuators: Number of valve actuators in this group.
• Number of faulty Valve Actuators: Number of valve actuators in this group in an erroneous state.
• Number of Drive Close: Number of valve actuators in this group, which are currently in a closing state.
• Number of Drive Open: Number of valve actuators in this group, which are currently in an opening state.

State PLC Module

• Execution State: Shows if the module is running or stopped.
• Error: In case of an error, the error code and the error parameter are displayed in this box.
• Start/Stop: Starts/stops the module.
