Command Build Solution

Symbol:

Function: This command starts the compilation process or the code generation for all projects contained in the solution.

Call: Build menu or context menu of the solution

Requirement: The solution is selected.

All projects contained in a solution are compiled one after the other. This also concerns the projects (PLC, C++, etc.) integrated below a TwinCAT project. The steps performed for a PLC project are described in section Command Build PLC project.
