Adding a Beckhoff feed fails with the error message "Credentials for this source are invalid! Source can not be added / updated."

This error message can usually be traced back to either the myBeckhoff user data or the network settings. Check the following:

1. Paste the URL of the feed into any browser.

A pop-up window will appear in your browser asking for your login credentials.

If you receive the error 404 instead, the domain has probably been blocked by your firewall. In that case, check the settings to allow access to the site.

2. Enter your myBeckhoff login credentials.

3. If the login does not work and the prompt appears repeatedly, check your login credentials and network settings.

The installation of Remote Manager for Build 4024 fails.

Build 4024 requires either the XAE Shell or Visual Studio 2017 or 2019 to be installed. Check your settings to see if you have enabled integration for one of these.
