ITcUserManagement2::SelectUserDB

Selects the active user database. The specifier can be a name, an ID, or a path to a .tcudb file. If a file is specified, it is first copied to the local user database storage, if it is not already there. If the resolution fails or if the selection is not possible in the current state, the method returns E_FAIL and sets an explanatory error message via IErrorInfo. The user change dialog is suppressed depending on the SilentMode setting in the automation settings.
