ITcTypeSystem::_NewEnum

Creates a COM enumerator over the data types currently registered in the type system. An IEnumVARIANT is created from a snapshot of the registered data types. Each element is added as an IDispatch-compatible type instance. In C#, the method is available via GetEnumerator.
