ITcTypeSystem2::ImportDataTypesFromTmcFile

Loads a .tmc file, reads TcModuleClass/DataTypes, and imports all data types contained therein into the type system. An additional text buffer may return minor errors from the import.

Parameter

pErrorMessage	BSTR*	[out] Optional error message for the import.

Return value

Name	Type	Description
pImportedDataTypes	LONG*	[out, retval] Number of imported data types.
(HRESULT)	HRESULT	`S_OK` if successful, otherwise an error code.

Error codes

E_POINTER: pErrorMessage or pImportedDataTypes is NULL.
errors that are passed on, such as when the file cannot be read or its contents cannot be imported.
