ITcTypeSystem
ITcTypeSystem is the entry point for the registered data types of the type system. It supports enumeration, indexed access, GUID lookup, creating new data types, and deleting existing types. The follow-up interfaces add temporary type instances, alignment checks, and .tmc import.
