ITcTypeInstance7::NamedConstantValue

Returns the binary value of the named constant to idx as a byte SAFEARRAY. For alias types that do not have their own constants, the behavior is delegated to the base type.

E_POINTER: pvData is NULL.
ADS_E_INVALIDARRAYIDX: idx is not in the list of constants.
