ITcSysManager is the root interface of the Automation Interface. It provides the original methods for the project life cycle, Tree Item search, variable linking, and control of the target system.

Methods

Method	Description
ActivateConfiguration	Enables the configuration on the target system.
IsTwinCATStarted	Checks whether the TwinCAT runtime system is running on the target system.
LinkVariables	Links two variables specified by name.
LookupTreeItem	Searches for a configuration element by its name.
NewConfiguration	Outdated. Creates a new configuration.
OpenConfiguration	Outdated. Loads a configuration file.
SaveConfiguration	Outdated. Saves the current configuration.
StartRestartTwinCAT	Restarts the TwinCAT runtime system (new).
UnlinkVariables	Removes an existing variable link.
