ITcSysManager2::GetLastErrorMessages
Returns the error and warning messages accumulated in the internal buffer and then clears the buffer. Many methods log additional diagnostic messages here, even if their HRESULT is S_OK. Therefore, it is recommended to call this function after each relevant step.
