ITcSmTreeItem::ProduceXml

Serializes the current item into an XML document with the root node TreeItem. The basic serialization includes, among other things, ItemName, as well as the optional languageIndependentName, Comment, PathName, ItemType, ItemId, ObjectId, AmlId, ItemSubType, ItemSubTypeName, ChildCount, Disabled, project variants, free-form Xml, and extension request/response data.
