ITcRemoteManager
ITcRemoteManager determines which version of the TwinCAT component is loaded from the automation host before a System Manager is created. The Version property is a shorthand for the "Base" component (System Manager). SetComponentVersion/GetComponentVersion refer to any component by name. The family includes only one interface version.
