ITcPlcOpenImportExport::PlcOpenExport

Exports the selected items (or, if bstrSelection is empty or null, the entire project) as PLCopen XML. The subtree is exported recursively.

bstrSelection	BSTR	[in] Item selection, separated by `;` (project-specific). Empty/null = entire project.

ArgumentNullException("bstrFile"): bstrFile is null.
ArgumentException: bstrFile is empty, the file already exists, or the target folder is missing.
