Online access to a logged-in PLC application in an ITcPlcIECProject. Provides login/logoff, start/stop/reset, and online status.

	Prerequisite `Logoff`, `Start`, `Stop`, and `Reset` require a successful login beforehand. Without an active online connection, there is no application for you to use.

IsLoggedIn	VARIANT_BOOL	get	Indicates whether the PLC is logged in. Returns `VARIANT_FALSE` if not connected.
OnlineApplicationState	PLC_APPSTATE	get	The application's execution state. Returns `PLC_APPSTATE_NONE` if not connected / null. See PLC_APPSTATE.
OnlineOperationState	PLC_OPSTATE	get	Online operation state as a set of flags. Returns `PLC_OPSTATE_NONE` if not connected / null. See PLC_OPSTATE.
