Uninstalls a library from a registered repository.

Error codes

DanglingAdapterException: Adapter not connected.
ArgumentException: The library name does not correspond to a valid library.
SysManAutomationException(…, TSM_E_ITEMNOTFOUND): Repository or library not found.
