ITcPlcLibraryManager::AddPlaceholder

Creates a placeholder. If bstrDefaultLibName is empty, the default library is determined based on the device placeholders.

Error codes

DanglingAdapterException: Adapter not connected.
ArgumentException: Name is empty.
AutomationException(…, E_INVALIDARG): No device placeholder found without libName.
