ITcModuleManager::SetOnlineModulePara

Writes to the target system using AdsSyncWriteReq(). VT_VARIANT|VT_BYREF is being unpacked. SAFEARRAY values are written as a contiguous buffer based on their dimensions and element size. Scalar VARIANT types are stored in 1, 2, or 4 bytes, depending on the base type.
