ITcModuleInstance::GetModulePara
The parameter ID is first searched for in interface pointers, then in data pointers, and finally in the module parameters. The values found are returned as byte SAFEARRAY. For process images, the ULONG returned by GetModuleParaDWORD is returned as a byte array.
