ITcModuleInstance::ExportXml

For module instances, an XML document is generated with the root element <TcModuleInstance>, a <DataTypes> area, and a direct <Module> node. <TcModuleInstance> and <DataTypes> are also created for fieldbus boxes; however, the <Module> node is attached at <DataTypes>.
