ITcLicenseManager

ITcLicenseManager is the low-level interface for accessing all loaded license descriptors and is implemented by the module manager. ITcLicenseManager2 extends enumerator-based access by providing a collection with count, item, and lookup functionality, which is generally more convenient for typical automation clients.
