ITcLicenseInfoCollection
ITcLicenseInfoCollection is the collection for the relationship entries from ITcLicenseDesc2 (LicensesContained, LicensesRequired, LicenseAlternatives). It provides a count, indexed access, and enumeration over the currently stored relationship entries.
