ITcLicenseDesc
ITcLicenseDesc describes a single license definition from the loaded TMC/XML descriptions. The properties provide the metadata for display, OEM mapping, lookup, and the generation of license requests. ITcLicenseDesc2 extends this basic metadata with ordering and relationship information, which is evaluated recursively.
