ITcLibraryManager
ITcLibraryManager enables access to the IEC declarations of libraries via the Automation Interface. The methods use a library ID and return the generated declaration as BSTR. The extended ITcLibraryManager2 interface additionally lets you control whether namespaces are used for members.
