ITcArchiveImportExport::ImportArchive

Imports an archive under the current Tree Item. The import mode (TCARCHIVE_IMPORTMODE) determines how the system handles conflicts. bstrBefore allows insertion before a named sibling item. Not implemented on regular Tree Items; on nested project nodes, the call is passed on to the inner project.
