LTimeBase Methods

The LTimeBase type exposes the following members.

	ToString	Returns a string that represents the current object. (Inherited from Object.)
	ValueToTime(Int64)	Converts the timeValue (PlcOpen ticks) to TimeSpan
	ValueToTime(UInt64)	Converts the timeValue (PlcOpen ticks) to TimeSpan
