The Notification Handle is the handle that is created during ADS Notification registration (AddDeviceNotificationAsync Overload, AddDeviceNotification Overload) and used for deregistration (DeleteDeviceNotificationAsync(UInt32, CancellationToken),DeleteDeviceNotificationAsync(UInt32, CancellationToken)).
