Analog spindles

Generally, the following machine data [AXIS] is assigned when using analog spindles:

• The mode ACHSMODE_KEINE_AUTO_RPF must not be set in P-AXIS-00015 (achs_mode).
• P-AXIS-00156 (ref_ohne_nocken) == TRUE
• P-AXIS-00157 (ref_ohne_rev) == TRUE

Based on these settings, the following state graph applies:

Digital spindles

When digital spindles are used (SERCOS), pay attention to the following when setting the machine data [AXIS]:

• The mode ACHSMODE_KEINE_AUTO_RPF must be set in P-AXIS-00015 (achs_mode).
• Contrary to analog spindles, the setting of P-AXIS-00156 (ref_ohne_nocken) and P-AXIS-00157 (ref_ohne_rev) is irrelevant.
