v_osc: Oscillating feed rate

T_osc: Oscillating period

f_osc: Oscillating frequency (1/ T_osc)

p1: Oscillating reversal position 1

p2: Oscillating reversal position 2

t_d1: Waiting time/delay at oscillating reversal position 1

t_d2: Waiting time/delay at oscillating reversal position 2

s_exc: Oscillatory excursion
