vosc: Oscillating feed rate

Tosc: Oscillating period

fosc: Oscillating frequency (1/ Tosc)

p1: Oscillating reversal position 1

p2: Oscillating reversal position 2

td1: Waiting time/delay at oscillating reversal position 1

td2: Waiting time/delay at oscillating reversal position 2

sexc: Oscillatory excursion
