The firmware and hardware version can be found in the serial number on the label at the bottom of the terminal module.

Syntax of the serial number

Structure of the serial number: WW YY FF HH

WW - week of production (calendar week)
YY - year of production
FF - firmware version
HH - hardware version

Example with serial number 12 10 1E 04:

12 - week of production 12
10 - year of production 2010
1E - firmware version 1E
04 - hardware version 04
