EtherCAT Link/Act

LED	Display	Meaning
Link/Act	off	No connection to the following EtherCAT module.
	green illuminated	Link: connection to the following EtherCAT module.
	green flashing	Act: Communication with the following EtherCAT module.

PROFINET status

LED	Signal	Meaning
RUN	green on	The ER9320-0022 is ready
RUN	red on	May only light up during the start-up phase
PN	flashing red (200 ms)	Start-up phase
	flashing green (200 ms)	No PROFINET name, see chapter Setting the PROFINET device name.
	flashing green (1 s off, 200 ms on)	No IP address, see chapter Setting the IP address.
	green on	OK
DIAG	flashing red and green (500 ms)	PROFINET controller identification: The PROFINET controller sends an identification signal
	flashing red (200 ms)	"No AR established": The establishment of a connection with the PROFINET controller has not been completed
	flashing green (1 s off, 200 ms on)	Problem with establishment of a connection or actual and set configuration differ.
	flashing green (200 ms)	The coupler is exchanging data, but the PLC is in a stopped state
	green on	OK
