DC link voltage

The DC link voltage U_P is continuously monitored and compared to the following threshold values:

• Min DC link voltage: An axis that is disabled cannot be enabled if the value falls below this threshold. In this case, a warning is issued via the status word and the Diag History.
  If the voltage falls below this limit while the controller is active, an error reaction is triggered.
• Max DC link voltage: If this limit value is exceeded, an inactive axis cannot be enabled, and an axis currently in control mode is stopped with the error reaction "armature short-circuit braking."
• Nominal DC link voltage: The rated voltage of the DC link voltage U_P (typically 48 V or 24 V). If U_P exceeds this value by more than 25%, a warning is issued. The axis can still be enabled and operated.
